Is there a way to work upper chest without an incline bench?
I have a regular bench, a squat rack, dumbbells, barbell, a pull-up bar, plates with handles...

yes, on normal bench if you supinate your grip your chest actually gets hit better than on incline

It takes years to develop a strong upper chest without gear

buy an incline bench

It's not really a big muscle so it naturally won't be as strong. I'm looking to put some size on because I'm only developing my lower chest.

No way, Jose.

I do dumbbell pullover's all the time, I really love it. Get a lightweight dumbbell and focus the shit out of it. Really get's it nicely and insane pumps.

I'm definately giving it a go next Tuesday. I'm trying out the supinated grip bench press. It feels weird as fuck, but I do feel it hitting my upper chest.

Don't feel weird, it's a really good exercise. However I do it a bit different then on the pic though. I lay down on the whole bench, not just my shoulders on it.

I mean the reverse grip bench presses felt weird. I have done pull overs before, yeah they are great.
Doing it with just the upper back on the bench like >>38480826 is to work the core.

Oh right, my bad. Not really a fan of those desu but they're not weird, I see othe rpeople do them. Personally not really a fan but go try it and see if works for you I guess. gl.
