OK, here are the basics:
NEVER cut below 20% or so. You're boobs are gonna shrink if you fall for the cutting meme, so don't do it.
You should most likely bulk if you're below 150 lbs or so.
Don't do any upper body exercises, those are unnecessary for women.
About 20% of your workout should be leg exercises, but about 80% should consist of ass exercises. Don't work anything else. Maybe some cardio.
