I don't know why people think they get swole as fuck in the military, it's all about cardio especially while training / basic training.

Afterwards is when people get swole.. with the help of steroids. They are rampant in the Australian army over here.

Really? I'm joining the RAAF next year, fully prepared to lose some gains during basic since it's all running and body-weight based strength, but I'm not too sure about what it's like afterwards.
