Please help me, i don't know what i'm doing wrong.
I need to prepare for my possible new job in 7 months from now, but the problem is they have phys tests i have to pass. I have to be able to do 30 push ups among st other things.
(I am currently 165 lbs, 6'5")
So i decided to split it into a plan:
>do one set of near max push ups about 8 times through the day
>each week add one more push up to the number i do
that is 7*4 weeks from now which should very comfortably bring me up to 28.
I started 3 months ago by doing 2 push ups (i wasn't able to do any more) and now i'm stuck at 7, unable to do more and after a month, after doing that 7th push up my arms always get too tired to do any more, even though i practice every day
i am fucking desperate because i really really want to get that job

Just keep fucking pushing. Try to do 200 push ups a day, no matter how long it takes you,try to lose some weight too. You need endurance for push ups. Everytime you start out do em until you cant push anymore,then start another set. I went from 10 push ups to 70. But I kinda was in basic training.
