test e is an anabolic steron. SARMs are selective androgen modified receptors. Growth hormones, I'm not entirely sure unless it's like HGH. Anabolics and HGH will basically have the same sides, bitch tits, receeding hairline, all those negative side effects you hear about. anabolics will give you crazy stupid gains as, HGH will give you really solid gains but will also increase your bone density this will be noticeable in your face. I am on day 8 of a LGD-4033/MK-677 stack.

1st week was 4 mg LGD-4033/25 MG MK-677
Next 11 weeks are going to be 8 mg LGD-4033/25 MG MK-677 as sides allow. Definitely feel the twinge in my balls from the LGD.

Not gonna lie, working out on this stuff is weird. Like your muscles don't get sore. You just keep going. And going. I am worried I am going to injure myself as I feel invincible in the gym and I am only on day 8.

tbol has a long half-life and i ran it 3x/day, 60mg/day, and saw really great gains. probably the best oral to run by itself.

my only issue with dbol only is it's extremely short half-life, so if you do run it by itself, you want to dose at least 3-4 times a day. i wouldn't bother with say, 25mg twice a day (you probably wont find tabs lower than that), but if you want to run 100mg, 25mg 4x/day, i'd say go for it.

Ive used ostarine/mk2866, lgd4033/ligandrol, rad140, and currently using ostarine again.

Ive used all of these over the course of the last year. Originally used ista to heal up some seriously aggravated/screwed up tendons and ligaments in my knees. It did a good job at a low dose.

Here's how I would rate them:

This is your ticket if cutting, or if you have serious tendinitis or joint issues. Low dose (<10mg/day) for longer periods (8+ weeks) and you will see slow, steady improvements in your recovery. Not a mass builder or strength booster, even at doses up to 25mg/day, and I would not run high doses for longer than 6 weeks due to suppression.
>Ligandrol/LGD4033 AKA VK5211
Stronger than osta. Definitely more of a mass builder, than a strength booster. Maybe a little longer lasting pump, but nothing crazy. I didnt aggravate any connective tissues while using it, even while significantly increasing volume. Dosing: <5mg/day, and feel free to run for 6+ weeks. >5mg/day, I felt suppressed by week 4, and progress dropped off abruptly after 6 weeks.

Ive only used this at 10mg/day. Comparable/interchangeable with lgd4033 at the same dose, but for one thing: no noticeable suppression symptoms. Ran for 9 weeks at 10mg/day. Nuts shrank but I didnt feel a mental fog/sluggishness like I did running 10-15mg/day of lgd.

Not really. All the bloodwork online shows suppression in total test levels, and some suppression of LH and FSH production, but not anything near total shutdown necesitating a SERM PCT.

Im currently 35days into a 25mg/day osta cycle, feeling suppressed (due to higher dosing) so I am using 50mg/every other day clomid, which is helping significantly with sluggishness. SERMs have long half lives, so I will stop about a week before stopping osta, and not continue afterwards as a pct.

Always have a REAL SERM PCT on hand, preferably clomid. Just in case you get a prohormone/DS. When in doubt PCT

For Captain Murca gains I recommend S4 (Andarine) instead of MK 677.

MK 677 will give you water weight and increase in appetite. Definitely a lean bulking "SARM" AFTER reaching sub 5% Bodyfat using Andarine.
