I just recently got a letter telling me that the government will pay for the surgery at a private clinic. But after seeing the results from surgery online I'm reluctant to make the call. Yes I do, two botched surgeries and now I have no way of getting it fixed because I have spent all my money. It is possible to develop gyno through high intake of certain foods like meat or diary products. There are some growth hormones in there which cause the gyno. Also the medication and unnatural growth hormones given to the animals can induce gyno. You should definetly look this up.

Worst gyno in the world coming through. I've had this my whole life, quit swimming, soccer and football because I got bullied for it.

Going to get an ultrasound today to see if I truly have gyno or if it's just excess fat. Should I lie and say I feel pain when they ask me in order to make it easier to get coverage for surgery if I do have gyno?

When I told by general doctor about my enlarged nipples, he asked me if I felt any pain, and I said no. From what I've heard, though, this has to either cause pain or threaten my physical well-being for surgery to be covered. If I just tell them it's negatively affecting my self-esteem and mental health, they will probably just go "abloobloobloo cry me a river and pay for your own cosmetic surgery, loser."

I got surgery. May not be the answer you hoped for, but there's no other way to get rid of gyno. If it's something you've had for years, no other hope. Cutting won't help because you might even be shredded, but what causes gynecomastia is whacky hormone levels. When you have extra testosterone, the body seeks to keep homeostasis and levels the hormones, turning testosterone into estrogen through a process called aromatization. Estrogen is the primary female sex hormone and even in small amounts it causes secondary female sex characteristics to develop. It starts with gyno. That's why shitloads of pro/semi-pro bodybuilder has gyno. They have excessive amounts of exogenous testosterone injected weekly. Even with preventive measures, a lot of 'em end up with gyno. Some get surgery, others just don't do shit because they look grotesque anyways. Ronnie coleman's had it multiple times. But it looks different on a 300 pound sub 10 % bodyfat frame. Far less visible. Even moreso when you're black and oiled.
