Well the accepted ass building routine for women is sumo squats, goblet squats, lunges and glute bridges.

Pilates is an all over toning thing and is an excellent idea.

And cardio would be excellent and help thicken the thighs and ass.

Sprinting would be better, but you obviously do not have the constitution for it.
