I have a really bad cause of not being able to piss and went to 2 urologists who said I was completely fine. After a big research I found out that it might be because of my muscles around the pelvic area including the dick are clenched or something so I'm asking how can I relax them and be able to piss properly.

Next time you take a piss, take stock and remember how the muscles in your pelvis feel at that moment and try to keep them feeling like that even after your bladder is empty. Preferably do this in the shower. This will help you to start learning how to relax your muscles. Also, look up a picture of pelvic muscles, what you have there are bones. What you're aiming to relax is your urinary sphincter primarily.

pooping: it can make you wanna shit many times even though you only release maybe one nugget

you need to work on relaxing those muscles
begin with the following: try to hold in your poop. you are now clenching your anus. now release it. you will feel it immediately. you are now relaxing those muscles
there are several exercises (that also include ypur lega) that help you relax your pelvic floor muscles

The thing is that I can't fully empty my bladder most of the time. And I just got a random picture out of google otherwise I obviously have seen and felt the muscles already.

Yes this is so annoying since after getting tired of standing and waiting I need to sit and then just have to shit all the fucking time even though I cant and dont have anything.

I will try it but what do you think about kegels? I've done it before and still know how to control the muscles in the perineum but it doesn't help really with neither pushing nor pulling back.

I won't, I saw already that they only make it worse. As for therapist I can't afford one and am pretty sure that there isn't one where I live anyway. There is more than enough information about it on the internet so I'm sure it will do the trick.

it's not something that requires weekly counselling: she showed me what to do in two sessions (lasted about 30min each)
first session was about my breathing and focusing on relaxing those muscles
second session was showing the exercises
i went back a third time to discuss how it was going but then i was on my way
