Hey /fit/, powerlifter here on a mission to get lean in time for Halloween. My coach has told me to pick whatever form of cardio I want, and I've chosen swimming.
How do I go about putting together, low, medium, and high intensity swim workouts?
Also swimming general thread for discussion of gear, workouts, cross training, etc.

How do you swimming people deal with chlorine? Does it have any effect on your skin?

Also it depends on the person and time in pool. But typically I see clearer skin (less acne) But very dry.

Take a shower before you go into the pool so you don't absorb as much.
