I have chronic cluster headaches, and huffing 100% high-flow oxygen is the only thing that can stop an attack quicker than just riding it out. Since I started lifting it's gotten noticeably more effective.

So I can sit in a room and feel more than 2 feet tall.

I originally took up casual lifting in high school to try and shred some extra lbs to get thinner for my prom. That and try to fuck my crush. Spoiler alert, i didnt fuck her. it's only until now, my last year of university that I've taken weightlifting and nutrition seriously
