I knew a kid once who let the football team train him. His routine consisted of him going crunches for 45 minutes while being punched in the stomach by 2 or 3 kids. I said its wrong, and he said something along the lines of "BUH YOU WEAK BRUH". LOL he didnt lose a single pound and eventually realize they were just fucking with him. I refuse to work out with this kid anyways....he always gets pissy when i dont invite him on runs .
