There's just so many shit posted on the results page that I decided to ignore it and ask /fit for advice.

Read the sticky. Calorie tracking is literally all you need to do for weight loss. If you wanna go a step further and be even healthier, start lifting. Otherwise you'll just be a skinnier lazy person.
Yeah man, I'm doing 60kg squats and deadlifts for the past 6 days.
3 sets of 8 reps.
But after I do them, in about 10 minutes or so (I'm not sure, but it's fast), I'm wondering "wtf I should do next? Was this enough?"
I saw a guy plan and if I remember correctly it was something like:
3x5 - Squats
3x5 - Head press (or whatever the fuck he called it)
3x5 - Deadlifts
done
How the fuck is that a proper workout for 1 day? That's what? 20 minutes of training?

Whenever you're like super obese and lose a shit ton of weight, skin sags hardcore and it ain't gonna bounce back.
One of the side effects of this is that your nipples are hanging down at the bottom of your ripcage now. So during skin removal surgery, the cut the nipple off and relocate it where it usually is.
I'd imagine that you would barely feel them anymore after having the nerves cut like that.
