I need some help. I usally can follow my cut fairly well on normal days, but in some part of mye menstrual cycle it gets fucked up. A couple of months ago I took out an birth control implant because of bad side effects. I still feel some of the side effects today. In some parts of my cycle(which doesn't seem like a real "cycle" at this point) I feel som much more hungry, get cravings and don't feel full. I feel like I would go bat shit crazy if I don't eat. It is at its worst in the evening. Do any of you have any tips to deal with hormons? This ruins all my prevoius work on my cut...

It was pretty effective. I ate because I was stressed or depressed, and having an orgasm or giving a nice blowjob or having a spanking session or something provided the same stress relief, just without the calories. Id honestly recommend to anyone that is already in a ltr and suffers from stress or hormone eating. Not sure how it would work for single people, I have a husband so upping sex to maximum wasnt a big deal. If anything our relationship is better now.
