What are the hardest exercises where you don't move?
L-sits, planche
Least movement and max difficulty would prob be a leg raise
Exercising the mind, OP
This is, start by standing on your head for an hour a day and then progress to pic related. Not only is a huge workout for your muscles but it also changes your blood circulation to be more adaptive
>Used to get a head rush of blood, eyelids wouldn't say on eye from how heavy the blood was
No longer
>Legs used to get ice cold, I would come upright and the blood rushing would sting them with the contrast of heat/cold
No longer
The blood does not stay in my head, nor does it leave my legs
Death.

Is he meditating while being hung? Are there loops around his ears?
What the fuck, Anon? What does this have to do with standing on your head? He's upright for fuck sake.

Hes being hung by the neck.
>What does this have to do with standing on your head? He's upright for fuck sake
You don't just start on your neck. The guy in pic related is very well practiced and did not start upright I assure you. You won't have the neck muscle or blood circulation to pull it off without a year+ of training upside-down
