Low reps, high weight or many reps, low weight. Discuss!
0 reps, infinite weight for strength
infinite reps, 0 weight for hypertrophy

If I can do 2000 reps with 5 lbs, then I can do 1000 with 10, 500 with 40, 250 with 20, 125 with 40, 62 with 80, 31 with 160, 16 with 320, 8 with 640, 4 with 1280, 2 with 2560, and my 1rm would be 5120 lbs, right? Damn I'm strong as fuck
high reps , high weight.
Anyone have these?
Looking to replace my shitty old adjustable dumbells, these look cool and if what they claim is true seem really practical

Does a medium-low formula of:
>50% of 1RM
>3 sets per exercise
>15 reps per set
>3 sessions per week
Medium part
>11 exercises (for each major muscle group) per session
Low part
Does this workout sound good or should I lower the intensity to prevent overtraining?
Obligatory

fwiw I have a friend with those and he loves them because its so compact.
>>38418848
they only go up to 52.5 lbs. you will outgrow them very, very fast for most exercises.
>>38418848
Just get the dumbbell handles insted of these shitty meme Dumbbells and u can go much heavier on those anyways
>>38418887
>150% of 1RM
>30 sets per exercise
>150 reps per set
>3 sessions per day
do you even want to get big?
>>38418411
Both
>5 heavy ramping sets of 5
>2 burnout sets of 7-10 on a variation of the movement

My only gripe with this is I don't have the room to keep a bunch of fucking shit around.
Basically what >>38420249 said is a huge factor for me but I also realize I'll probably outgrow them soon.
