My lifts have been going down lately and I suspect that it's my new diet. I don't drink whey anymore or meat really.
For breakfast I'll have a big bowl of raw oats with milk. For dinner I'll have the picture on the left. For supper I'll have the same thing, but with tofu instead of eggs. If I feel that I haven't eaten enough, I'll drink more milk or eat bread with peanut butter.
Is this a good diet? I'm 150 lbs at 5'7. I feel like I'm getting enough calories and protein and it isn't unhealthy. Is it good? Please help.
