how do you even make oats? I read how on wikihow and holy fuck it came awful
I put water and oats in there, stired it and waited for it to boil, let it boil for like 10 minutes and move from time to time and all I got was some weird, creamy shit
I'll stick to putting it in greek yoghurt or just doing overnight stuff with milk

yeah its the same thing but cheaper

anything where ingredients say "100% oats" is fine
>at work
>haven't eaten yet
>go hit the break room
>take a bananna and a nutrigrain bar
>find some instant oats
>look at the nutrition facts just to make sure that the plain ones don't have any unnecessary bullshit in them
>they don't
>suddenly notice that it's 100 calories per packer but "140 as prepared"
>look at the instructions just to see if they mean with milk or something
>no, it just says water
What the fuck.
