I like that my bf does cardio. If he didn't his heartbeat would be so slow, strong and reassuring.
Since the only way I can get to sleep normally is white noise, it's hard to go to sleep without him, since he spoiled me early on in our relationship and I'm now used to his breathing patterns.
But yeah. Cardio is important, if for nothing else than you'll not die in a sauna and also your gf will appreciate it maybe.

I do some low to moderate intensity cardio every day for 20-25 min on average. I feel like it helps me recover from weight training, increase TDEE, and keep my heart healthy.
