Dude. Thought i was the only one. Are you counting calories and macros? I get ones similar to the picture, aura starts small then engulfs my field of vision. Afterwards, the pain comes.

Ever since I started counting my calories and making sure to meet my macros and not eat shit food, not one single migraine.
