Perspective bro. Say your 25, if it takes 5 years of mild diet and exercise to loose weight that's 20% the time it took to gain it. And making a lifestyle change means it's permanent and saves years of bouncing up and down in weight.
Accept who you are now and who your working to be and trust the process. Getting fat didn't happen overnight, neither does getting thin. You will enjoy every moment of waking up week to week feeling lighter every day

Do cardio, the sticky says you can loose weight by doing weights but that is false as fuck, I was eating 1,000-1,500 cals per day and doing SS and didn't loose a pound in one fucking month

I started running on break days and it worked wonders, caffeine pills and run!
