Oh hai /fit/, I'm a martial arts guy that does a body for life training program to supplement my judo and bjj training. A guy I do bjj with recommended stronglifts 5x5 because I have seemed to have hit a plateau on my regular training.
What are /fit/ thoughts and feels on 5x5?

Will I be fine if I add 3x10 dips and pull-ups to every session.

in my opinion you could do it along with some extra body work. barbell curls, tricep extensions, incline bench press, pull ups
just do these after your main 5x5 lifts

This got me the best gains ever:
A
5x5 squats
5x5 weighted pullups
5x5 Weighted dips or bench press (your preference)
3x5 Deadlifts
2x10 barbell curls
B
5x5 squats
5x5 bbell rows
5x5 overhead press
2x10 dips or one arm pushups
First two sets are warm-up sets, like in SS, except the bbell curls/dips at the end ofcourse.

I'm doing the exact same thing and I'm a boxer. like others mentioned, the upper body could use more stimulation. I do mostly cable assistance exersices for dat explosive strength to knock dem niggas out.
anyways, you should consider adding cable chest flies, cable core twists, cable shoulder fly, cable scull crushers to the program.
you could also do some isolation like cable curls and cable tricep extensions if you have the time and energy, but they're definitely not necessary
