How exactly do i position my feet during the squat.I rest most of my weight on my heels, but end up lifting my toes when at the bottom(like pic related). Is this bad?Is this correct form
?Most videos suggest keeping your big toe and little toe down, but i can't seem to manage that. When I do that my chest tips forward at the bottom and I hitch on my ascent(squat-morning-ish).How do I fix this /fit/?
Stop resting the weight on your heels you dolt

My chest tips forward if I don't.I'm bracing properly though.
Probably lack of ankle mobility
Push your damn knees forward

This

I do have impingement on my left ankle, but since I don't have access to bands I can't work on it(most searches bring up the banded ankle stretch for it)

This.

Then buy some, they aren't that expensive. Also use weightlifting shoes or put your heels on small plates when you're squatting, that should be a good temporary fix while you're working on gaining flexibility in your ankle.

what cue would you suggest when coming out of the hole? Can't seem to get it right.Hips through?Back up and behind?

Chest up is probably the best cue, but if your ankles limit your range of motion, then no cue in the world will be able to keep your torso upright. That's why I say to either increase your ankle flexibility or artificially increase it through raising your heels. Also, you should know that it's harder to keep your torso upright on bodyweight squats than on barbell squats, since there isn't any weight to push your knees forward.
