You can customize it to where you can deadlift once a week, on a Wednesday. I think that's recommended actually.

Eating and sleeping are super important.
I personally take a week off one every 4-8 weeks and find it helps (and you don't really lose gains though you don't progress that week either).

If I'm doing a routing for longer than 4 weeks I try to follow a four week cycle of 1. Hard 2. Medium 3. Very hard 4. Light and that helps too.

If your rest days aren't cutting it for you, and you're genuinely feeling like death then you should get bloodwork done. You May have Anaemia or something

same here but i don't feel fatigued
deadlift once a week, the numbers keep going up steady on that for sure

week 5 i did need to deload my squat and just work form, OHP and Bench progression is slow, mostly because my bench form was a bit sucky till recently

Memes aside, you might seriously be low test or have a real condition, provided you're doing what you say you are (not "going to bed" at 10pm but staying up u til 4 on your phone).

Also, 4k cals is too much. I'm bulking at 180lbs and I'm eating about 3100-3300 a day.
