no, if you can fit them into your tdee and macros, good. but, just stay away from it. if you can fit it in all the way at the end of the day, sure. but never drink anything besides water until youre sure you can spare it. also, switch to diet drinks. the whole aspartame scare has only been proven untrue so far, so until you have a reason not to, go for it. but, always keep a bottle of chilled water with you at all times. most of the time, youll drink sugary drinks instead of water because youre thirsty.

Losing weight is literally eating less calories than you use. That's it. Did the drinks cause you to go over your calorie limit for weight loss? No? Then you're fine. Yes? Then either cut the drink or something else out if that days diet.

It's basic math. Calories in, calories out. The drinks themselves are irrelevant.

if you are trying to lose weight eat UNDER1500-1600 depending on how tall you are. Read the sticky and google TDEE CALC.
