Well-over half of the 160 pages are just workouts and pics of joffy. The actual information in the book isn't bad though. If you wanna drop 30 dollars on it even though the sticky has all that and more, go for it. But know Zyzz's Bodybuilding bible is better if you're into these types of literature and can easily be found in pdf form online.
