Nothing worked, had to do a surgery.

Costs were around 3k in euro's (since I live in the Netherlands). However, if I was with a different insurance company I maybe wouldn't have to pay for it myself. I'm not sure how insurances work in your country but anyway, just get it over with. The surgery was so worth it.

Husband had the surgery. Nothing else would have worked the Dr. told us. He had severe asymmetrical gyno, tho. Surgery cost 10k, can answer questions if anyone is interested, I guess.

Also, as a side tidbit that I love telling. The plastic surgeon went on and on about how muscular men are always going in to his office talking about how they have gyno when there's not even anything there, and when he tries to tell them it's just the way their chest looks they get really upset and stay in denial.

I had surgery, tits are still bad. My issue is that I have really large puffy nipples that push out and are very visible in tshirts. During the surgery they told me they pulled out 2 rock sized lumps that I could have never gotten rid of naturally. My nipples are still fucking huge, larger than pepperoni, but they don't stick directly out anymore (although they do form small fat lumps)

Hey OP. Registered Murse and Epidemiologist here. Don't listen to these faggots. Raloxifene is what you're looking for. The research shows that this is the most effective treatment for pre existing gyno. Something like 85% of participants who used it in a study saw significant decreases in their gyno diameter. Even better than Nolva. Get some raloxifene and dose it at 60mg for 10 days, and then 30mg for up to 6 weeks. Don't up the dosages. Don't take it for longer than that without taking some time off. And take a calcium and vitamin D supplement while on it. It can cause osteoporosis in high dosages. Good luck!
