I think it's a difficult one, I don't think anybody else on this planet over the age of 14 actually cares about your nose.
But that's not necessarily the issue, you want the surgery because you're self conscious about it, not necessarily what other people think.

I don't think that's a bad reason to get rhinoplasty, but I don't think it's necessarily worth your time or money either, and once it's done it's done. You can't go back; whether or not that's a bad thing you can't tell now.

It's your choice but I don't want you to, if that warrants anything.

I think it's more accurate to say that Sheiko should never get over RPE 8. So at the end of a really long session where you're exhausted, your sets should still be RPE 7.5-8. I've heard from more experienced people that if after the first 4 weeks you think it's way too easy, inflate 2.5-5 kg.

I can't help but feel this is a bad idea. Very high frequency training should be done at a relatively low intensity so you have time to recovery. I think you're better off following a tested program as is and using your rest days to try to meet people and build up your social life.

If you're going to train every day, you're going to be better off (big picture) by combining resistance training and cardio.

Lift every other day, and do some type of cardio or conditioning on the days inbetween. Running, walking, hiking, exploring your new city (be careful), hell, even yoga.

Cardio will benefit your lifting (especially at your level), and will be good for the mental stress of your move.

Also remember that Buda suggested to do pullups/chinups to NEW lifters who have never bench pressed before and that is actually pretty smart.
If you flex your lats on a pullup bar you cause scapulae retraction,if you squeeze hard and make lats your primary mover you'll basically do a reverse bench.
Again,that's good for new lifters because it engraines the correct movement even if you're not able to do it.
People do this on calisthenics for example,if you can't do an exercise you first work on the negative part of it.
