problem is, with HITM I have short rests in-between sets and the pyramidal scalar scheme is made in such a way that my first 50 kg for 12 reps do not exhaust me 100%, after 40 seconds I have to make another 15 reps and after 40 seconds I have to make another 20 reps
and the last 20 reps (even with such a puny weight like 30 kg total) are the most painful
I believe I could actually squat more than 2pl8s on 1 RM... oh well I'm ok with my training any way

Maybe around 80kg but I doubt you could do 2pl8. If you're really that curious you could just sacrifice one day of hitm to do strength training and find out. Don't need to necessarily lift 1 rep max to find out, if you do sets of 5ish or at least less than 10 then its pretty easy to work out from there

Put your foot flat on the ground , toe 6 inches away from wall. Touch knee to wall or as close as you can.

Hiking is great for stability - buy trail runners that don't support your ankle. Carry a heavy pack and go on rocky, rooted trails.

Lots of calf stretches help with ankle mobility too.

Also, flexing your ankle to make a line from along your shin across top of your foot.

Last, slav or third world squatting. If you can do this right without shoes, and hold comfortably for at least 5 min then your quads, hams, glutes, knees, hips, and ankles have good enough mobility.
