I'm not encouraging you to fight but when you learn and know you can handle yourself in a fight you'll walk around with a sense of confidence that others can definitely notice.

I use to be bullied a lot in primary and at the start of middle school. I was small and nerdy. I took up Taekwondo and as I got stronger and bigger and learnt how to fight they stopped. I'm still nerdy but my posture and the way I carry myself made a difference.

I can't really say, doesn't help looking at my training log either - I barely wrote down stuff. Depends on how easy the weeks (esp. the third) were for you. @8 on that pyramid may translate to a 5kg increase tho, if you were feeling weary that week.
I don't really want to recommend you to skip the fourth week either, it's just that I did. The program was, until the end when uni workload caused inconsistency, "easy" enough for me to do the AMRAPs with leg drive and TnG and all other work with feet up and short pauses (except the CGBP sets).

I had pain when hinging at the hips, not so much hyper extending

I did have this. Stretching gave me relief for only minutes.

What I did was sprain / injure my abs so badly I wasn't engaging them at all. As a result my lower back had to take the load and tightened up.
I tried stretching outage hips, foam rolling, lax ball on glutee e.t.c
The only thing that worked was consciously bracing hard relieved some of the pain when stretching
And physically stretching my lower back and erectors. Pic related.

My abs aren't healed but after stretching I could hinge again without pain, I however can not lift right now as I can't brace properly still and the pain will come back.

If you don't already, please belt your squats, this hinging issue of mine stems back very far.
I can't actually hinge with above 100kg on my back, I have to use a belt otherwise my back will literally crumble under the pressure and I get sciatica.

Your issue might be tightness and you might need to stretch instead of foam roll

Man get a belt. Squatting without a belt in my option is egotistical and stupid. Get a thick 13mm belt.

Stretch out the lower back and spinal electors specifically. Strengthening your core is ideal.
Dr Stuart mcgill advises you do exactly that when rehabbing back pain.

His core exercises are for people who can't lift. But if you can lift and train core I'd advise that.

Ab roller, planks, side bridges, stuff like that. Don't out your spine into flexion with leg raises or sit ups, this can damage your spine.

What program would you recommend to an intermediate lifter who never squated nor deadlifted heavy? My bench is almost 225x5 and my squat and DL are not even 2 plates and 3 plates because since I've started I had anterior pelvic tilt without knowing and thought that I had an hernia or something, but now that I checked with the doc I managed to break away from the pain. At the moment i'm doing Lyle's generic bulking but I think that the Squat and DL aren't going up as they should even though I'm not past beginners strenght. Should I do just SL o SS or jason blaha's 5x5 or just keep with that program or another intermediate like Texas Method or 5/3/1?
My goal is to look like I lift but also beign strong, I'm not too concerned about beign less than 10% BF or any ot that bodybuilding jazz.

That is the worst. A couple meets back, we had some issues with incompetent loaders (god bless their hearts).

Long story short, the stronger lifters late in the flight got "frozen out" before our openers.

Sorry to hear that you might not be able to do USAPL, but there are plenty of other options.

Honestly, most feds feel about the same, with a little local cultural flair. There are a couple feds that are more fringe (SPF, for example), but most are somewhat normalized nowadays.

They all go off the same rule book, as well (despite different interpretations).

It could be, as long as you use a "training max" of around 90%, and if you keep the BBB work no more than 50%. You could also change the assistance scheme, if you wanted to. Beyond 5/3/1 has tons of options, and the PDF is free to access via google.

Good luck, 5/3/1 can be fun to toy around with. It's simple strength training at it's base.

When in doubt, the 5/3/1 (or 3/5/1) sets are your focus. Everything else is just bonus to help push your numbers in the big 3 (or 4).

Attached was my current iteration that I'm running. Some days, you just don't do the Joker sets, and some days you do less FSL volume. The rest is icing.
