No, but I can bench more than I deadlift, because I haven't deadlifted yet, and I've been lifting 3 weeks. I've skipped like five leg days in a row.

What's a good DL weight to start with? I can do 135lb 3x5 on the bench and 155 3x5 on the squat.

I started lifting seriously in May, and brought everything up to 2 pl8. My squat, dead, and bench are all 2 pl8. But now I've hit a wall. I can't add more weight without getting sore. Do I just continue doing this weight until I get swole enough to add an extra quarter or half plate? Pls halp /fit/

L4/L5 hernia back when playing varsity soccer for HS basically prevents me from doing barbell squats forever (because I'm a pussy and don't even want to risk 1% re-injuring it)

So now my leg days consist of dumbbell lunges, kettlebell squats, and running

Lucky for me I'm lean at 5'11 155 so I don't look top-heavy
