Curls are mostly only useful if you're on juice or want to look like a DYEL faggot. Otherwise, squats and deadlifts will do more to build your arms than curls.

Big thing is ROM. Don't be some little bitch that barely bends the knee.

Second is making sure you're pushing through your heels, just like a squat.

Third is stance. I tend to suggest a bit more narrow stance than you would a squat.

Serious question here, I can't seem to do curls well.

What's a good alternative for normal and hammer curls? I've tried standing, alternating and resting the elbow on the bench, but I'm not feeling it afterwards. If I use an EZ bar I get strains in my forearms.
