I think that fatties and skellies have a difference in their brain. I'm talkin gpurey out of my ass, but I think that fatties must get a larger dopamine rush from eating food, or they are more sensitive to the signals saying they ar ehungry.

I know as a skinny mother fucker who has trouble keeping weight on, I get no joy from eating food. If I don't eat I feel shitty, but that goes away after eating a tiny amount.
Again, talking out my ass here. Whatever the case, counting calories DOES work for gaining/losing. I use whole milk at the end of the day to make up for missing calories.

I think the difficulty comes from finding out what foods are actually calorie dense more than from simply eating it. I had trouble getting my 3500 a day until I stocked up on foods that are high in calories.

I'm 6'4" and over a few years bulked from 185 and have been stuck between 225-235 for a while.

Now I'm actually bulking hard and I've found a good way to do it is have a whole pizza + protein shake for second dinner around 9-10 at night. Adds 2000 calories or so.

Tbh, I love the feeling of being stuffed, but I also regularly go without eating for long periods of time, sometimes 16 hours+ before my next meal. I'm 6'2 and been stuck at ~185 lbs for 3 years now, even though I've been making significant strength gains. Why am I like this /fit/?

Personally I fry 1-2 whole eggs and a lot of eggwhites. Then when it's pretty much cooked I add a blended mix of carrots broccoli garlic and leek(maybe more, but never less) and slap it on top of the egg and scramble it together. With a protein smoothie with 1 whole avocado and banana.

When i was super fat i would demolish baked goods and just have really massive portions of food.

It was a lot easier for me to stop being fat than a lot of others i've seen because i was never addicted to that soda/junkfood train, i never touched that stuff.

Unfortunately even though i've gone from 150KG to DYEL mode (with the added bonus of loose skin) i have to make a conscious effort to not keep baked goods like cupcakes etc in my house because i will flat out eat 4kcals in 5 minutes.

2 big cooked meals a day and a solid breakfast should be around 2500-3000 kcal. if not, cook bigger fatter meals, more sauce, meat, potatoes etc.

add a litre of whole milk a day, 600 more calories.

still not enough? buy a gainer shake and chug one of those daily. one should be around 600-700 more calories.

if you occupy a squat rack and you're still finding excuses to be under 200 lbs ill take you to the special showers.
