Zach the strong lifts kid put on 25 pounds of muscle and 30 fat at 6'3" and changed his physique completely. Without that fat he would also look totally different

You need to understand that the magnitude of difference between 65 inches and 75 inches is less than 15%, and that's about as big of a difference than you will ever see between two lifters. Frame width does play a role, but we're assuming men have comparable shoulder width and wrist size, within 5-10% in extreme cases.

I am 5'7.5" and white in America, 20 years old, so I know that. I don't strike people as a short guy though, because I have wide shoulders, a proportional head (bigger than average head and shoulders) and long legs, and a normal voice and masculine face.
5'7-5'8" isn't short enough to be laughable especially when complimented by face and frame, and it's still plenty tall compared to most of the girls you meet.
