nah I just wrap my weightbelt around a dumbell at home and do neckifts while biting into the belt. Jaw gains and neck gains at the same time. I wear my retainer though so my teeth dont get fucked up

Listen dude. No one judges you for having acne. It will go away with time. But just think. If you were to stop lifting until it goes away. You will regret not having lifted this whole time.

So get in there and fucking lift, and ignore the acne. You are there for YOU. Don't let acne get in the way of your gains.

When you look back you will be glad you kept consistency and didn't quit because you were a bit self conscious.

i tried the bodyweight one which was

and it was fucking brutal. i don't know about using weights though. i don't really want to put myself in a wheelchair. might do that for a bit and see what results I get from it.

No, it's not dangerous or unhealthy if you're not a dumbfuck.

Slowly exert your neck in every direction, rotating through the normal range as is instinct. Flex as hard as you like, they're the neck muscles.

It's very important to never, EVER, "throw" or "whip" your head in a certain direction to try to get a crack, and to never, ever use your hands to push farther to get a crack out. That means it's not fucking ready and that your neck doesn't want to do it. Never force it like that.
