6. Is there something wrong with that?
Im a 22 years old female, and I'd say about 5 days a week I have two eggs for breakfast, it varies but thats the average. My friends told me its too much and that I will get high cholesterol and stuff, is it true? Whats the healthy egg consumption rate I should get? Pic unrelated.

Eggs are high in HDL though
>>38154303
Eggs are high in HDL cholesterol, the good kind which helps lower the bad kind. Google that.

>Recent research has shown that moderate egg consumption—up to one a day—does not increase heart disease risk in healthy individuals and can be part of a healthy diet.

is this bait
there is a clear difference between LDL and HDL
>>38154430
why waste your DL for cholesterol on one fucking egg though, even if you believe theres a difference. eggs are 66% fat with the yolk, you could eat cheese and meat instead of setting yourself up for heart disease by going way over your DL.
>You took exercise advice on the internet from an anime imageboard?
>>38154430
yeah you are baiting me.
lipoproteins carry cholesterol. dietary cholesterol raises all fractions, but more LDL and vLDL
Ive eaten 8-10 a day for 2 years. Lmao at the moron itt
>>38152043

Thank you anons. Considering I have a pretty active lifestyle and walk a lot during my day, and that I dont really eat much grease and fatty food, then I guess two eggs it's not bad at all right?
>>38155163
It's fucking nothing. For one meal in the morning with the rest of the day to burn it off, it's not a big deal.
>This "bulking" and "cutting" diet you are doing is called yo-yo dieting. It's an unhealthy eating disorder and I'm putting you on medication and referring you to a psychiatrist.
>you decline benches but do them anyways?
Well now I eat 5 dozen (Because I'm roughly the size of a barge). But when I was a lad, I only ate 4 dozen.
Eggs are neutral at 1 a day because that kind of intake helps people get enough choline, which lowers homocysteine. At a higher intake, you get no more benefits from the choline but the cholesterol fucks you up. If you get enough choline otherwise, any egg will be a net negative.
