What's the easiest way to eat 1600kcal a day?

Hi /fit/, how do you comfortably get 1600kcal/day?

The only way I know how is to drink 4 bottles of Soylent, and just drink water and coffee the rest of the day.

How would you do it?

1000 calorie early dinner, which feels massive - big chunk of meat, vegetables, cheese, brown rice, no need to skimp on butter

Befode bed protein shake with psylium husk to top of protein and fibre levels which can be tough on a calorie restriction, nothing worse than not being able to poo on a cut

Veggies are low cal.

5% fat ground beef is about 125kcal for 100g

A wrap, whole wheat, is about 165kcal.

Low fat cheese is about 50 to 70 kcal a slice.

I usually skip breakfast anyway and drink coffee. becuase I don't move around in the morning I'm not even that hungry at lunch, so i just eat bit of meat and veggies.

I finish work at 4:30, i can eat a snack and go work out. and then i binge for dinner.

Sometimes it's not even something I intentionally do. I'm too lazy to make breakfast and too lazy to make a big lunch.

hunger is heavily routine based, so if you can abstain from eating for a couple days you'll no longer get hungry during the day.

Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 slices of bacon, coffee + 1 scoop, 2 fish oil caps = 450 calories

Lunch: Prepped salad with chicken, or sometimes chicken skewer with pepper soup. I may have pita with soup = 300-400 calories

Dinner: A few oz of meat, veggies, something like rice/potatoes/beans = 500-600 calories

Snack: cup of almond milk and 1 scoop = 150 calories

If I'm still under I might snack on fruit/veggie, have oats or granola, or some kind of bar/shake to fill out the rest of my daily calories.

Shrimp, chicken breast, greek yogurt, eggs/boxed egg whites (egg whites have the bulk of the protein and a small amount of the calories). Cut out things like peanut butter, milk, junk food etc and it's pretty easy

Granted I'm 5'8" and 150, but I can get to the end of my day on probably ~500 calories. Sometimes I do just so I can eat something shitty for dinner if I don't care much about my macros

Also, try playing around with the timing of your meals. Some people love eating small meals throughout the day while others eat all of their calories in two chunks spaced out. As another anon said, intermittent fasting helps a lot as well

complex carbs in the whole grains are what holds the muscle on. bodies first fuel source is carbs, then fats, then protein. there are two burning place, if i may call, in our bodies. liver, and muscles. we have glycogen stores in them. glycogen is made of by sugar, which are carbs. when they are empty, your body starts to burn fat in that body part. if you eat too much vegies, protein and fat, you will hold the fat around your liver. and it will hardly give you any explosie power, as in what you need for lifing. if you try to gain weight with whole grains, you will get bulky around your whole body. but you will be more slow. closer to endomorph body type.

95gr protein from animal sources
45gr fat. egg yolks, fat of the meat, olive oil
185gr carbs from whole grains. eat some vegies for health too

I just do IF with a big dinner, the IF is accidental, just can't be bothered to eat anything during work.
What I do is
Morning: 2 scoops cmon and coffee (~200 cal, 35g protein)
Dinner: Recently doing 3 egg omelet with 200g chicken ham and 100g light cheese. (~600cal, 80g protons)
After workout: Another 2 scoops (175cal 35g protons)
You can fill the rest with whatever the hell you want, I need to fill up another 1k before sleep and like to do so with various nuts, usually peanuts or something, they're great plus add another protein boost, I usually end up around 1900 cals and 200g protons.
