Excercising. Since you're on /fit/, I'm guessing you already do.
Eating meat. Creatine + cholesterol.
Vitamin D. Preferentially not from dairy.
7-8 hour Sleep. There's really not much to explain.

The only reason why any of these would work is because you aren't having enough of it in the first place, this has three implications:
1) check your habits before you shrek yourself.
2) You won't actually have many extra gains if your testosterone levels are not on pathological levels.
3) If any of these are fixed and you start noticing more gains, is not a "new perk", you were actually halting your progress before.
