Ripped with swole arms?

Swole, all day erry day, but as it is, my build is completely geared towards rippped. I have a thin frame, which I could bulk up, but in the end my traps are the nail in the coffin for my swole aspirations... Not that I won't try anyways.

I'm 6'7 255lbs, figure I need to lose around 35lbs of fat and then I'll be in pretty good shape.
