Hi guys, i got some time on my week to work out for four days and about 1 and half to two hours each day, and i want to make a training that can fill this time.
I'm thinking about a ABxABxx structure where in the A days i work my chest, back and biceps and in the B days i work legs, shoulder and triceps. I also intend to run on the threadmill for
5 km every work out day (this is very important).
What do you guys think?

Anyone?

4 times a week. You can do a upper / lower body split. Or you can do full body routine every other day or just three times a week on set days. But all of this is just advice. Do whatever the fuck you wanna do.

I was thinking about that too. But, i think that in the lower body days i would finish it too soon, since i was planning to do only 3 to 4 exercise to my legs.
Are 3 to 4 exercises for each group good enough? When i used to work out i did a Push/pull/legs training, six days a weekm and usually was kinda like this.
531 BBB is good for strength and size, and has you lifting 4 days a week, check out blackironbeast.com
