OP, I see a lot of these threads and they're all bullshit. Here's why. Only Brad Pitt can look like Brad Fucking Pitt. It's the way he is built. No matter how you train chances are you won't look like Brad Pitt or Chris Hemingsworth, etc. Here's the good part though! If you lose weight and train smart you can and will become the best version of yourself. Not better nor worse but different. Be yourself and cherish every second of it
