I can't get my traps to grow for shit, i've been lifting for 2 years already and my traps are still flat as fuck.
I just figured out that traps/shoulders/neck muscles are highly androgen sensitive, so because my traps won't grow that means i have a ow amount of androgens in my body, right?
So would it be a good idea to shrug 5 days a week to work them to their fullest.

Start doing deadlifts every week. My back exploded after I devoted 1 day/week to deadlifts

Heavy over hand (no straps) deadlifts and full cleans are the best trap builders available.
You should be squatting and deadlifting heavy multiple times a week with cleans in with them to maximize test levels.
When you learn how to lift heavy ass weight, add in shoulder flyes leaning forward to squeeze them.
But you're right, you need high hormones to get them to pop so you HAVE to back squat and raw deadlift and clean for max trap action
