Does it work? Eating 600 calories twice a week, and maintenance 5 days?
Is it effective?
And how much muscle would I lose?

>Is it effective?
Well, you're technically at a weekly deficit, so it'll work. I doubt it's too effective, though.
>And how much muscle would I lose?
I imagine you'd lose some, probably more than just going at a slight deficit every day.

i fasted a few (2-3) days a week
i lost a good 3 lbs every week doing so
it was rough at first but i got used to doing it, and started feeling pretty good too.
idk about how much muscle you would lose, probably none. you just wont build any either.

>Is it effective?
No, you stupid fuck. Diet like a normal fucking person.

I read that fasting can actually be healthy for the body. Digesting food is inflammatory, and letting the stomach rest from time to time helps.

I really want to cut, without becoming too much of a skinny twink.
And I'm not sure yet if it's the new meme diet, but it got really popular where I'm from after it was featured in a health show on TV.
600 calories twice a week.
Weekly deficit of 1200 calories.
Enough to make weightloss gains?
Can you do cardio on a fasting day?

If someone ever makes a vague claim about "inflammation" and tells you that your regular biological processes need a "break" you should ignore everything they say

True, does sOundle retarded put like that.

Damn it, phone.

what's your tdee? 3500 cals equates to 1lb gained or loss

I'm not really sure. Around 2800-3000 I think.
I'm 1,90 m tall and weigh 101 kg right now. Body fat around 23 percent I think, never had a real measure, only on a weight with bare feet.
Starting adderall, gonna do intermittent fasting 3-5 days a week, will post results

I do 16 hour fasts, with one 24 hour a week. Had similar results, starting from 6' 5" 260lbs.

Not really on its own - claims of some research are that it does become easier to burn fat, since insulin levels are low, and can help with insulin resistance.
However, if it's just deficit, 1200 calories is 1/3 a lb of loss a week, not very much.
