squating
I used to work at ups. Make sure to drink tons of water throughout the day. Any stretching routine will work but the main thing is bending at the knees while working not at your back or you'll get fucked up. Have fun at the worst job you'll ever have.
i worked at UPS for several years doing that. I was never more fit then when I was working there. If you combine that with a dedicated workout routine you will be solid.
i found learning to deadlift with proper form and getting strong helped me more than stretching when i was working in a warehouse.
i would still foam roll and stretch my hamstrings, hip flexors, quads, and calves though.

most important thing is knowing how to bend at the hips and knees, and how to keep the trunk rigid.
knowing how to squat and deadlift correctly will protect the back, especially lower back, the best.

lumbar spine == lower back
bill starr set a world deadlift record without ever doing a deadlift

quit and run for your life...it is not worth it...that is the dirtiest damn place i have ever worked at in my life....they never clean the warehouses and when your sitting there breathing in heavy and sweating you get covered in dirt and you have to clean your nose and eyes out after work

also...the sort isle is even worse on your body in terms of ergonomics than loading or unloading
Don't neglect your hamstrings, tight hamstrings can wreck your lower back.
Is this a meme?
Lol. Just go work at home depot. At least you get breaks and lift when you want to.
op is a nigger
