I have a friend who's 6'6; been lifting for 4 years and he's fucking strong. 5-6 plate squat/DL and I think a 3.5 plate bench. He doesn't even look like he lifts

As a 5'9 manlet who has been lifting for 6 months, I know I'll look better than him but he could prob. crush me like a twig

6' king of the manlets checking in. Wish I had that extra 2" to really fill out clothes at 6'2. At least my height doesn't start with a 5
