Will didn't know until he was 4 out from lifting. His first squat of the day was his opener on the platform. He got it but didn't wait for the squat command.
Ended up 2/3 with a 405 squat.

Sabre got his first but didn't tell them what weight he wanted so they only upped it 2.5kg. Ended up 3/3 with a 425.

Alex did a super high opener after a bad peak and injury. Managed his 518 but failed out his second and scratched his third.

Mystery anon did well and got a 450 squat.

Could not focus on the form at all during the lifts/ anything. Felt like I was benching first time ever.
I don´t have any stage fright or anything, but walking up the platform takes guts and I salute everyone who does it.

I use to have severe ATP. Caused me a lot of issues.
Its an easy fix and that is to strengthen the musculature to position the spine properly. Not by just lifting, squeeze your glutes as hard as you can and notice how your ATP is fixed ? That's simply, just keep your glutes contracted as much as possible through the day. Not painfully so tho.

Do this painfully so when lifting however.
Eventually it will fix itself if you force the musculature in the right position as much as humanly possible.

As for your tightness its normal, invest in a foam roller and go to town.

Make sure you squeeze hard like somebody dropped the soap when lifting.

I was also looking at protein supplements and apparently, soy protein is a cheaper (half or just a third the price) and a more efficient (BCAA wise, amount of protein is the same ~80%) alternative to regular protein isolate etc.

I'm 6'1"@200lbs. I'm about to cut to 180 over 2 months or so @ 2200 kcal. Should I keep doing 5/3/1 and add cardio, while not adding weight to the lifting program? Switch to a new program like hypertrophy split to maintain? 300/215/365 atm expecting 10% loss in everything over cut.

5'10 157 (well, I finished at 163 after starting at 147 and cut to 157)
Squat 270 DL 315 Bench 195 so on and so on

I was squatting and asked a guy to spot me but he fucked up and I basically dropped 275 on myself. I fucked up my back and now I can't do rows/squats/DLs. Went to the doctor and they said I have degenerative disc disease.

How can I keep PLing without squats or deads? I know it's uncouth but I tried BB for a year and made NO progress and hated it. Only thing I like is strength training. So how can I keep strength training without any strain on my lower back?

Look, I know it's not ideal and I can never be a true PLer, but I'm devastated. Please help me figure out how to keep strength training. It would really mean a lot to me.
