Set aside 1 day a week to cook and do so in bulk.

Invest in some good tupperware and divide your portions for the whole week and store in the fridge.

Do this for both meals if you want but I recommend just lunch. This is the meal you are most likely to skip. Always keep the trifecta in mind when building portions:

~20%Carbs
~40% Veg (fiber)
~40% Protein (Meat)

Fish is super lean and good for you.
