Been doing ICF 3x5 for about 3.5 months now and i'm thinking of switching to a more asthetic based program. What do you guys recommend? I heard PPLx5 is quite good

Im 5"10 and 160 down from 165lbs when i started this program.

You should try real routine, paid 200$ for private coach to set this shit up.
