Been doing ICF 3x5 for about 3.5 months now and i'm thinking of switching to a more asthetic based program. What do you guys recommend? I heard PPLx5 is quite good

Here are my stats
240x5 diddy
225x5 squat
120x5 OHP
165x5 bench
180x5 rows

Im 5"10 and 160 down from 165lbs when i started this program.

the routine doesnt matter that much if u cut, if youre ready for an intermediate program you will barely make progress cutting while on an aesthetic progran
