What type of row is best and how do I do them without snapping my shit up
transsexual former powerlifter row is the best

chest supported rows
Stop being a fag and actually do rows rather than throwing shitty weights up in a closed gym space.
Rowing on rivers.
if you worry about your lower back, which you should since 90% of ppl can't do heavy barbell rows correctly, just do seal rows. they are a bit of a hassle to set up but it's an amazing exercise

The machine row. You will definitely cheat yourself out of a lot isolation by doing barbell rows.
I do lightweight sets of like 10-15 bent over touching the floor every rep.
I feel like I get a lot of work done in my lats that way that I wouldn't get with heavy weight.
Also, dumbbell rows performed correctly are a good option that incur little stress on your lower back.

Just do bent over row or pendlay row. Use the one that will work towards your goal. To prevent 'snapping my shit up', make sure your form is good and don't lift with your ego.
They just fuck with my lower back like nothing else, so I dont do them anymore with the barbell.
Lucky there is a machine for it at my gym, where you just set yourself, sitting in an Incline position, with a pad to set your chest on while you grab it from the ground while the plates are on it.
It looks like T-rows, its feels good and no lower back problems
Pendlay is best for my back. Just focus on doing it right :)

Pendlay rows if you aren't a retard, Yates rows if you're a mong who can't figure out why they aren't getting jacked like a body builder by waiving around dumbbells while being natty.
dumbbell row is best unless you're rowing well over 300lbs
you get a much deeper stretch than you can get with barbells and if you like to deadlift a lot, it's easier to do on the same day

But chins and deadlifts/rack pulls are probably going to do more to drive back size for a while.
