weightlifting shoes general.
I just got some romaleos and they feel snug everywhere but my big toe touches the end when i stand up. Should I go a size up?
No, they're supposed to be a bit tight. Helps keep the foot in one place. You're lifting weights, not running marathons.

NO. lifting shoes NEED TO BE TIGHT

kick your heel back before tightening the strap. They're not walking shoes, keep em tight.
I wear a 10 in normie nike runners and I use 10 for my romelao2s
Perfect fit either way. Guess Im just a sick cunt hey?
Oh yeah, you should slice the insanely long straps down by 20-30% so they aren't touching the ground. Melt the edge with a flame after cutting the strap to reseal it.

heel too big
bad

I wouldn't worry about any discomfort. I had mild discomforts and hot spots but you break into them and then they feel completely natural.

I'm using this one, because I wanted a not-so-high-elevated heel. They seems to fit quite small but as >>38118282 said, kick your heel, then tighten and the fit will be fine. I'm satisfied so far. They were quite cheap (65€) and are super light.

lel. seems like I can't into grammar. fugg
if you rely on weightlifting shoes to lift the weight you're not really lifting that amount of weight

yeah what this anon said. All the power from squatting and dead lifting comes from your ankle.
I laugh at all those people in the gym still wearing shoes. I always do my cable chest flies with bare feet just in case too.
Those fucking cash cow big shoe making companies just spend millions of dollars on marketing to fool young niave teenagers into thinking they need shoes if they want to look like there favourite pro bodybuilder. It's all a lie. Those pros don't even wear socks when they train.
