You might not like it but the truth is for $80 worth of steroids and pct youll make 6 months worth of gains with little sides.
Protein and creatine may enhance your body by about 2 weeks at best.

I only take an organic whey protein supplement. I decided to finally try out creatine 2 months ago after 1.583 years of lifting. The issue is is that I'm naturally prone to oily skin and since creatine essentially dehydrates you (drink a lot more water), I was oilier than ever before. Seriously, my face was like an oily porno. So my acne came back and now I'm trying to get it back off before college starts again.

About your oily skin bro...maybe you should see a dermatologist. For years i thought my skin is dry and my scalp and face had dandruff and scales and it was itchy as hell - went to dermatologist and, big surprise! I had seborrheic dermatitis and i got the right treatment for it.

I'm not sure if the zma helps as much as articles say, but one thing that was really cool was after a week a so of taking it these big plantars warts I've had for like 2 years started healing themselves and they're gone now. The zinc helped my immune system kill them.

I'm gonna start a Dianabol oral only cycle as my first cycle. I already have the PCT ready which is Nolvadex.

I'll do a 6 week 30mg ED and than I will do a 4 week PCT with nolvadex 40/20/20/20 I'll also use some R-ALA and milk thistle for my liver.

I was planning to inject test e too but I recently had a blood test and my test levels are already pretty high.
